 Great Charger for my Garmin Nuvi 1490T Navigation System! July 7, 2010

This wall charger was exactly what I needed to charge my GPS unit up, indoors, when not using it in the car. It works flawlessly with my GPS and so far hasn't given me any problems. It's also compatible with the Blackberry cellphone as well, as a couple others.
and for 5 bucks, this was a great bargain, compared to the same type of chargers you could buy at your cellphone carrier for an extra 25 dollars more than this.

I ordered this plug for my Garmin GPS unit and it doesn't work. My unit keeps cycling through questions about turning off. The unit constantly beeps and doesn't charge. I contacted the seller initially via email and they responded back with questions that I answered. I tried the unit again with the same result. I tried contacting the seller once again asking how we were going to rectify the problem and I have not gotten a response. In addition, it took 2 weeks before I got the product, and there was no invoice and no direct contact info. Beware!!!

You feel so safe with this travel charger. Being that the GPS is a portable, you can charge the device in your hotel room and feel unafraid to venture on vacation or to a place you've never been before. Don't leave home without it.
